Angus Car Servies are the only mechanics I've trusted for the past 10 years. Not only do they have great service but have friendly and welcoming staff. I've had experiences with most other mechanics taking every chance they can to rip off not only me but other customers, and not once has Angus Car Services lead me astray or have made me felt ripped off in any way. Great service friendly customer service
Booked a last minute service while I was out in Penrith, guys were quick to book me in and carried out the service plus gave the car a wash too which came with a complimentary air freshner and mints. All was done within a couple of hours of me dropping off the car. Efficient and thorough, highly recommended. Good blokes to deal with.
Friendly staff, quality work and reasonable prices.
Unfortunately I cannot provide a positive experience with this business, my son requested a basic 195k service he dropped the car off at 12.30pm and collected his car at 5.30pm. The charge of $527 was excessive however I paid for it. On exiting the service centre the vehicle in question stalled twice, it was then returned to the workshop whilst he waited another 30 minutes for the mechanic to rectify the issue. It was then surging and running rough on idle, my son then contacted them the following day, and was asked to bring the car back, they provided a loan vehicle, my son couldn’t drive his own car to work and missed a full days pay. Angus said they would need to engage a technician who over a 5 hour period could not locate the fault, my son then returned to collect the vehicle still in the same condition. It was explained that the vehicle had a coolant leak, and was advised that they would need to pull the gearbox out to rectify the matter, cost $1500 - $1700. On the Friday morning the vehicle was taken to my mechanic at Castle Hill, where the surging issue was rectified in 25 minutes, new rotors and pads fitted, with the new thermostat to be installed next Monday eleviating the coolant leaking matter, no need to pull the gearbox out, he had done these plenty of times previously and had his own process, yes he’s a brilliant mechanic who knows his stuff. The point I make here is, the car was in good working order prior to these guys messing with it, so they stuffed it up, and couldn’t find a solution to their own inefficiency’s, very apologetic but no offer to return any monies provided, extremely disappointed, and extremely unprofessional on their part, no i do not recommend this business, I struggle to give them one star, and are very lucky that I didn’t report the matter to DFT or the MTAA.

After my last 2 mechanics retired, I enquired about some repairs through 5 or 6 "mechanics" in the South Penrith area. After a 5 min conversation with Angus Car Services I agreed to use them.I found Angus Car Service on Regentville Rd Jamisontown to be genuine, honest, dependable, and caring company that puts their customers and their needs first.I have had numerous services across my families cars lately, and have found Angus Car Service to provide top quality work, and are not over priced. They are straight up with any issues they find, they call you straight away to discuss them, and very accommodating to get your vehicle repaired as soon as possible.You will always be greated with the bubbliest personality when at reception or on phone by Deb.I can not fault the Angus Car Service team in any way and I highly, highly recommended them to anyone in the Penrith area that needs anything mechanical done.

But one of the main reasons that I chose to try this service is their stand for their values. Values of inclusion and generosity.
